Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Tawaad you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy referenced within them. If you don't agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally and religiously eligible to marry.
• One personal account per person.
• No reselling or transferring your account.

3. Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Provide false information or impersonate another person.
• Use the platform for illegal purposes or to deceive others.
• Send offensive or unlawful content.
• Attempt to breach the platform or access others' data.
• Use bots or scripts to harvest data.

5. Society match flow

You may submit a match request to a charitable society partnered with Tawaad. The society reviews requests confidentially per its internal policy and may accept, reject, or propose alternatives. Tawaad is a technical intermediary — we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are subject to the terms shown at purchase. Auto- renewal applies unless cancelled before the renewal date. No partial refunds except as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, name, logo, and designs belong to Tawaad. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it as needed to operate the service.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or Saudi law, or that harms the community within the platform — without prior notice when necessary.

9. Limitation of liability

Tawaad is a matchmaking intermediary only. We do not guarantee marriage outcomes or the conduct of parties off-platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tawaad is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are referred to the competent courts in Riyadh.
